Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the FWB application operated by FWB Sri Lanka.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Payments and Fees

All payments made through the app are processed securely via OnePay Sri Lanka. By completing a transaction, you agree to the payment terms associated with the specific service. FWB reserves the right to charge commission fees on completed transactions as outlined in the app.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.

5. KYC and Vetting

We reserve the right to verify your identity (KYC) before allowing full access to certain features of the platform. Providing false information during the KYC process will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
